Seven Starling is a new kind of pregnancy and parenthood support experience, grounded in the power of community. Seven Starling matches mothers with expert coaches, doulas, and a small group of peers to start. Seven Starling also provides evidence-based lessons, exercises, and videos through the app to guide parents through their postpartum journey. Seven Starling is based in New York City and was founded by Tina Beilinson, Julia Cole, and Sophia Richter.
